摘要
目的通过抽样调查研究中学生抑郁障碍发病状况。方法以淮北市区4所中学为抽样学校,采用整群抽样方法,抽取2171名中学生进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)问卷调查。结果共获得有效问卷2158份,筛选出抑郁症状156人(7.2%)。104人(4.8%)被确诊有抑郁障碍。结论抑郁障碍是青少年群体的常见精神疾病,应当引起卫生和教育工作者的高度关注。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of depressive disorder in junior school students. Methods Depressive sympoms were investigated with the self-rating depression scale in 2171 junior school students, chosen from four different middle school in Huaibei city by the cluster sampling method. Results The prevalence of depressive symptoms in junior was 7.20% （156/ 2158）. The prevalence of depressive disorder in junior was 4.80% （104/2158）. Conclusion The depressive disorder is a common psychosis in junior adolescent, which should be paid close attention to by public health and instruction workers.
