摘要
目的探讨影响高校护生在交流情景中表现出的交流恐惧的相关因素。方法采用交流恐惧自陈量表(PRCA-24)对314名在校护生进行测试,并对结果进行分析。结果性别、年级、来源、是否独生子女等作为单独因素对高校护生的交流恐惧没有明显影响(P>0.05),文理生与家庭经济状况对高校护生的交流恐惧状况在某些维度上有较为显著的影响(P<0.05);双因素分析发现性别、年级因素分别与家庭经济状况之间存在交互作用(P<0.05)。结论性别、年级、文理科、家庭经济状况、成长环境、家庭背景以及是否独生子女等因素影响高校护生的交流恐惧状况,本文结果可为进一步消除或缓解高校护生的交流恐惧提供相关的研究依据。
Objective To study the influential factors of communication apprehension (CA) of college students majoring in nursing. Methods 314 college-students majoring in nursing were tested by Personal Report of Communication Apprehension (PRCA - 24). Results The gender, grade, origin and being or not the only child in his family didn't influence the CA of college students majoring in nursing as a single factor(P〉0.05); The economic status of family and the major of social or scientific subject were two important factors that affect the students' CA (P〈0. 05). The analysis of double factors showed that the gender and the grade had interactions with the economic status of family respectively (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The gender, grade, major, economic status of family, grown--up environments, family background and being or not the only child in his family are all the influ- ential factors of the college students' CA, which will support the future work to heal or relieve CA. of college students majoring in nursing.
