运用《陈氏正骨手法在近关节骨折的操作规范》治疗肱骨髁上骨折体会

摘要 目的:总结《陈氏正骨手法在近关节骨折的操作规范》(以下简称《操作规范》)在治疗肱骨髁上骨折手法整复的要点及体会。方法:对2005年1月-2006年6月采用手法整复的125例肱骨髁上骨折进行总结,分析手法设计、手法要点、术后夹板固定及治疗过程等。结果:随访125例,随访时间最短10月,最长14月,平均随访时间13月。运用《操作规范》对肱骨髁上骨折早期患者一次整复成功率高达97.6%,根据Dodgt’s疗效评价标准效果优良率98%。结论:熟练而规范的手法操作技巧是整复成功的关键。
