摘要
介绍了采用聚氨酯橡胶冲制金属薄板或非金属薄板零件的冲模的设计及应用,该冲模结构简单、制造容易、成本低,冲制的零件质量高。同时指出了设计和使用聚氨酯橡胶冲模中应注意的问题。
Application of metal sheet steel or non - metal piece part punched by using rubber material is duced . the structure of punch die is simple and easy manufacture. It has the merit of low cost and highty. Some problems should be pay attention to during the course of design and service.
