摘要
目的:观察大黄对肝硬化患者肠道微生态及血清细胞因子的影响。方法:失代偿期肝硬化60例,随机分为大黄组和常规组,常规组予常规对症治疗,大黄组在常规对症治疗基础上加大黄粉口服,1次2g,1天2次;2周后观察肠道乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、大肠杆菌数量及血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果:肠道微生态:治疗2周后大黄组乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量明显增加(P<0.01),大肠埃希菌数量明显减少(P<0.01);常规组上述指标无明显变化(P>0.05)。血清细胞因子:大黄组IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α均明显下降(P<0.01),常规组仅TNF-α有所下降(P<0.05)。结论:口服大黄粉能够通过提高肠道有益菌数量和降低有害菌数量而改善肝硬化患者肠道微生态;降低血清炎症细胞因子水平。
Objective：To observe the effect of rhubarb on intestinal mlcroecology and serum cytokine of hepatocirrhosis. Methods ：60 cases of decompensated hepatocirrhosis were randomly divided into the rhubarb group and the contrast group. The contrast group was treated with normal symptomatic medicine. The rhubarb group was treated with rhubarb powder, 2g every time , twice per day additionally. The quantities of intestinal Bacillus acidi lactici, Bacillus bifidus and Bacillus coli and the levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α were observed two weeks later. Results：Intestinal Microecology： Two weeks after therapy, the quantities of intestinal Bacillus acidi laetici and Bacillus bifidus in the rhubarb group were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the quantity of Bacillus coli was significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while those in the contrast group were not changed obviously（ P 〉 0.05）. Serum Cytokine： The levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α were all significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ） after therapy, while in the contrast group , only the level of TNF-α was decreased（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Rhubarb powder can improve the intestinal microecology of hepatocirrhosis by increasing the quantity of intestinal beneficial bacterium and decreasing the quantity of intestinal harmful bacterium. It can also decrease the level of serum inflammatory cytokine.
