摘要
以青岛胶州湾海水为试验对象,优化陶瓷膜作为反渗透法海水淡化(SWRO)预处理时的工艺条件,试验结果表明:以絮凝沉降为陶瓷超滤膜前处理,pH值6.5,跨膜压差0.09~0.10MPa时,平均渗透通量大于300L/m2·h,膜面流速在0.2~1.0m/s范围内对渗透通量影响较小,预处理出水水质适合海水淡化高压反渗透进水。
The optimization of technological conditions for pretreatment of RO seawater desalination with ceramic membrane was studied with the seawater from Jiaozhou bay. The experimental results showed that, under the condition of pretreatment of ceramic membrane with flocculation sedimenlation, pH 6.5 and different trans-membrane pressure within 0.09-0.10MPa, the average permeate flux was over 300L/m^2·h, flow speed on membrane surface within 0.2- 1.0m/s had little influence on the permeate flux; the effluent quality after the pretreatment conformed to the requirements of RO influent at high pressure for seawater desalination.
