摘要
许多新创企业在早期成长中由于缺少一些关键要素往往不能持续其竞争优势,作者通过对泛珠三角地区130多家新创企业家的调研结果表明,创业家的资质、创业资源、创业机运以及创业盈利模式,是新创企业早期成长的4大关键要素,而从模仿到自主创新是这些企业成功的重要路径。本文以百度公司创新中的4大要素建构过程为例,得出了中国新创企业顺利过渡成长期的几个重要启示。
Owing to lacking of some key factors during early growing,many new ventures sometimes can not maintain its competence.The author investigated 130 new ventures in the Zhujiang Delta and found that entrepreneur intelligence,entrepreneur resource,entrepreneur opportunity and entrepreneur Profit Model are the four key factors for new ventures＇early growing.Furthermore,from imitation to independent innovation is an improtant path according to ventures＇success.This study aims at the constructing process of four key factors by Baidu Company for its research target and educes some important illuminations which are useful for China new ventures successfully getting through its growing period.
