摘要
作者于1986年5——6月间,检查辽宁省营口二道沟天津厚蟹 Helice tridens tientsinensis Rathbun,发现类茎属 Microphalloides Yoshida,1938的囊蚴,经感染家鸭、大白鼠、小白鼠、犬、猫及体外培养,结果于家猫及IMDM培养液中获得成虫。经鉴定为一新种,订名为辽宁类茎吸虫Microphalloidesliaoningensis,其与日本类茎吸虫相似,但不相同。木新种阴茎囊的肌纤维束有4束,阴茎囊基丁质突起的前端块末端非鱼尾鳍状,分二圆叶,前叶小于后叶,后端块远端钧状,向前弯曲。卵黄腺滤泡16—23个。虫卵较小而囊蚴较大。后尾蚴经体外培养99小时,虫体发育良好,子宫内可见大量虫卵,这对该虫形态、生理等方面的研究提供了一种良好方法。
In the present paper, a new specks belonging to microphalloides is described.Microphalloides liaoningensis sp. nov. (figs. 1-10).The trematode, gourd ladle in shape, 0.924-1.442×0.560-0.812 (average 1.092×0.728)mm, with scale-formed spines on the cuticle. Oral sucker 0.043-0.076×0.056-0.083(0.065×0.068) mm, with slender spines. Prepharynx 0.007-0.072(0.041) mm in length. Pharynx 0.040-0.054 ×0.029-0.040(0.046×0.032)mm. Oesophagus 0.182-0.532(0.344)mm in length. Caecum tre-minating at the front of acetabulum. Acetabulum 0.040-0.061×0.036-0.061(0.053×0.048) mm, almost completely surrounded by cirrus pouch. Left testis 0.182-0.280 ×0.098-0.126(0.196 ×0.112)mm. Right testis 0.182-0.152×0.098-0.126(0.224×0.112)mm. Cirrus pouch 0.191-0.230×0.234-1.228(0.210×0.248)mm, with 4 muscular bundles and 2 chitinous processes (anterior 2 round lobes, posterior hook in shape). Ovary elliptical in shape, 0.154-0.210×0.112-0.190(0.176×0.148)mm. vitelline follicles 17-23(19) on the left side and 16-22(18) on the right side. Uterus behind the intestinal ceca. Eggs oval, operculate, 0.020-0.023×0.011-0.014(0.022 × 0.013)mm. Excretory bladder V-shaped.Metacercariae 0.756-0.868 × 0.658-9.714(0.797 ×r0.692)mm, cyst wall 0.042-0.063(0.054) mm.Intermediate host: Hclice tridens tientsinensis.Final host: Cat (experimental), location: intestine.Locality. Ying Kou (40°40'N, 122°15'E), Liaoning Province, China.The metacercariae were fed to the cats and the excysted metacercariae were cultured in IMDM mixed solution. Adult worms were found in the experimental cats after 207 hours of infection, while the eggs were well developed in the culture medium after 99 hours.The new species appears to be closely related to M. japonicus (Osborn, 1919) Yoshida, 1938, but they may be differentiated by (1) the shape and arrangement of the associated organ of cirrus pouch (including chitinous processes and muscular bundles, (2) the numbers of vitelline follicles, (3) the size of eggs and (4) the measurement of the cyst and cyst well of metacercaria.Type specimens are deposited in the Department of Parasitology, Bethune Medical University, Changchun, China.
