摘要
现代社会的生活节奏较为紧张,造成疲劳的原因也较为复杂。消除脑力疲劳的主要方法是进行适当的体育活动或娱乐活动。重视心理卫生,提高心理健康水平,及时解决在日常生活中所遇到的心理问题,使自己保持一种积极的生活态度,是消除和预防心理疲劳的有效方法。
Modern society's rhythm of life is more anxious,and weary reason to be also complex.The main method of eliminating mental ability weary is carrying on the suitable sports or the recreational activity.The value mental hygiene,raising the psychologically healthy level,the prompt solution the psychological question which meets in the daily life that can make oneself to maintain one kind of positive life manner,which is the elimination and the prevention psychological exhaustion effective method.
