介绍广东省气象综合探测网并提出建立实时监控系统的必要性,全面阐述该监控系统的组成结构以及监控系统的功能。该监控系统包括监控数据收集、监控数据传输、监控数据分析和异常识别、异常报警数据发布等内容。还介绍了实现该实时系统的设计方法,主要介绍网络的实时通信技术,数据的获取与分析技术,以及信息的发布技术。
The paper reviews the status of Guangdong meteorological observation network, proposes the necessity for establishing a real - time monitoring system and describes the structure and the feature of the system. The components of the system include data- collection monitoring, data transmission monitoring, data analysis monitoring, anomaly detection and warning sending. Besides, some practical techniques applied are also presented, such as network communication, data acquisition and analysis, and the release of information.
