摘要
目的观察丙戊酸镁缓释片单药治疗新诊断的多型癫痫的疗效和安全性。方法对86例应用丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗癫痫的患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果对各型癫痫均有一定的疗效(总有效率87.06%)、不良反应少、安全性好。结论丙戊酸镁抗痫谱广、疗效高、不良反应少、安全性好、患者依从性高,是较理想的抗癫痫药物,可作为抗癫痫首选药物之一。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of monotherapy with retard tablets of magnesium valproate in 86 first-episode cases of different epileptic seizure.Methods To analyze the data of monotherapy with retard tablets of magnesium valproate in 86 cases of differentepileprtic seizure.Results It has a good therapeutic effect for different epileptic seizure（total effective rate was 87.06%）.It was safe and has low untoward effects.Conclusion Retard tablets of magnesium valproate is an ideal antiepileptic drug and broad-spectrum,well therapeutic effect,low untoward effects and safety.It is a choice drug for epilepsy.
