摘要
现代企业员工感受到的工作应激强度受到其个性特征(如完美主义性格倾向)的影响,而完美主义者在工作中的种种负面表现(如过分担心犯错,不能按时完成任务,容易情绪失控等等)也可能在外界压力的作用下被放大。对完美主义倾向和工作应激的相关性进行分析,揭示两者总体及各个维度之间的相互联系和作用,有利于企业塑造和谐氛围,提高现代企业员工满意度和经营绩效。
The job stress an employee feels is influenced by his or her personalities (such as inclination of perfectionism), Various negative behaviors a perfectionist shows(such as concerning over mistakes, unable to complete task in time, unable to control temper, etc)may be exaggerated by external stress, The analysis will indicate the correlations between perfectionism and job stress and different dimensions. The result can be utilized in building harmonious atmosphere in the organization and increasing employee satisfaction and performance.
