紫外线消毒规范标准及验证微生物的选择 被引量:2

摘要 简要回顾了国内外有关紫外线水消毒技术规范和标准的发展历史,并对几个有里程碑作用的规范及其重要特点进行了介绍。分析了《城市给排水紫外线消毒设备》(GB/T19837—2005)中关于验证微生物选择的问题,认为粪大肠菌群和总大肠菌群不能作为验证微生物,建议采用MS2噬菌体。 The development history of technical specifications and standards about ultraviolet water disinfection at home and abroad was reviewed briefly. The several milestoned specifications and their im- portant characteristics were introduced briefly. The selection of bioassay microorganisms in Ultraviolet Disinfection Equipment for Municipal Water and Wastewater Treatment (GB/T 19837 -2005) was ana- lyzed. It is concluded that fecal coliform and total coliform can not be used as bioassay microorganisms and MS2 phage is the best alternative.
