摘要
目的:探讨恢刺加电针对缓解中风患者痉挛状态的作用。方法:对32例中风患者进行恢刺加电针治疗,主要观察治疗前后患者肢体肌力、肌张力的变化、活动能力和步行能力的改善情况。结果:治疗后肌张力较治疗前比较显著下降(P<0.05),且肢体的肌力明显恢复(P<0.05)。结论:恢刺加电针确能明显缓解中风患者的痉挛状态。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect on relieving spasticity in apoplexy cases treated by restoration needling and electric acupuncture. Method ： 32 cases were treated by restoration needling and electric acupuncture. The improvement of appendicular muscles force, muscular tension, locomotor and walking activity were observed after treatment. Results： Muscular tension was de- creased and appendicular muscles force recovered obviously after treatment as compared that before treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Restoration needling and electric acupuncture could relieve spasticity obviously in apoplexy cases.
