摘要
采用SBR/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)复合材料对沥青进行改性,研究改性沥青的常规性能、流变性能及高温贮存稳定性。结果表明,与基质沥青相比,SBR/OMMT复合材料改性沥青的针入度减小,软化点升高,低温性能明显改善,高温弹性和抗变形性能提高;随着复合材料中OMMT用量的增大,改性沥青的针入度减小,软化点升高,高温弹性和抗变形性能提高;改性沥青的高温贮存稳定性较好。
The asphalt was modified by SBR/organic montmorillonite(OMMT) composite,and the conventional properties,theological behavior and high-temperature storage stability of the modified asphalt were investigated. The results showed that the penetration of the modified asphalt decreased, the softening point increased,the low temperature performance improved significantly, the resilience and anti-deformation ability at high temperature increased when compared to those of the unmodified asphalt; the penetration of the modified asphalt decreased, the softening point increased, the resilience and anti-deformation ability at high temperature increasecl as the addition level of OMMT increased; the modified asphalt possessed better high-temperature storage stability.
