摘要
利用半薄切片观察‘早银桂’和‘小叶苏桂’桂花花芽分化发育的过程。比较研究表明,小叶苏桂的花序分化较慢,侧花的雄蕊发育明显滞后于顶花,而早银桂侧花与顶花的雄蕊发育同步。
The developing process of the flower bud differentiation of ‘Zao Yingui＇ and ‘Xiaoye Sugui＇ was observed in semithin section. The results showed that the differentiation of inflorescence in ‘Xiaoye Sugui＇ is slower than that in ‘Zao Yingui＇. The stamen differentiation of the lateral flower is later than that of the apical flower in ‘Xiaoye Sugui＇ , while they are synehro in ‘Zao Yingui＇.
