摘要
苏木素是天然植物苏木的提取物,常被人们作为染料使用。为了使苏木染料能够运用在皮革上,本文通过对苏木素染料性质的研究及用水解胶原蛋白作模拟物,运用紫外分光光度法和荧光光谱法研究水解胶原蛋白与金属离子改性后再与苏木素染料作用,以了解其作用信息。研究表明:同种金属离子在不同pH值条件下与苏木素染料的作用能力不同。苏木素染料在酸性范围内变化较小,在碱性范围内变化较大。不同金属离子对苏木素络合能力存在差异。用不同的金属离子改性后的水解胶原蛋白与苏木素作用的荧光猝灭不同。
Hematox collagen hydroslate ylin is a naturally occurring chemical used as the basis of a dyestuff. The is the main composition which constitutes leather. In order to use the hematoxylin dye leather we use the collagen hydroslate as simulacrum, collagen hydroslate reacting with metals ion was invesgated by the UV and fluorescence spectroscopy. Results show in different pH the same metal ion have different react ability with hematoxylin. The hematoxylin have small change in acidity rang, great change in alkalescence rang. Different metals ion whisker with hematoxylin is different.
