摘要
实验研究了含铝5%-20%(质量分数)的HP40合金在1200℃的高温抗氧化性能,发现铝加入后在合金表面形成了以氧化铝为主的氧化膜,从而显著增加了合金的高温抗氧化性能。当铝含量为5%和10%时,合金的高温抗氧化性能最好。但是随铝含量的进一步增加,合金的抗氧化性反而降低。其原因是由于合金表面氧化铝膜的增厚使其容易脱落而使合金高温抗氧化性能下降。
The anti-oxidant property of HP40 alloy with 5% -20% A1 at 1200℃ was studied. It shows that the oxide film on the surface of the alloy mainly consists of Al2O3, thus the anti-oxidant property increases. When A1 content is 5wt% and 10wt%, the anti-oxidant property is best. But when A1 content further increases, the anti-oxidant property of the alloy decreases. Due to the increase in thickness of oxide film on the allay surface, the film is broken off easily and the anti-oxidant property decreases.
