摘要
通过对安阳市人民银行营业办公楼的体型特点进行基础方案比较,确定中段(16层)采用桩筏基础,两边段(5层)为格式基础,分离施工,待沉降趋于稳定后再做后浇带的联合设计方法.重点是加大筏底土的荷载分担作用,并符合沉降控制要求.与纯桩基方案相比施工快、效益好.
Comparing the foundation schemes for formative art characteristics of the Office Building of P.By Anyang City, we adopts a design method of separated construction, the middle part (16 floor) built on piled raft foundation while the two sides of building(5 floor) on grid foundation. After settlement of ground becomes steady, the tie plate pour of concrete is conducted. This method is to strengthen the function of the ground under the raft to burden loads and fit demand of controlling settlement.
