经颈椎后路侧块钢板螺钉内固定治疗下颈椎损伤 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨颈椎侧块钢板内固定术在下颈椎损伤后路手术中的应用。方法在颈椎后路手术中采用颈椎侧块钢板内固定术加植骨融合术治疗颈椎骨折脱位共32例。根据情况复位,双侧椎板减压或单开门减压,部分病例未减压。选用3.5mm皮质螺钉,双皮质固定。结果随访6~24个月,平均14个月,术后3~5个月获得良好骨性融合,无螺钉松动及断钉现象,脊髓神经功能有不同程度的恢复。结论颈椎侧块钢板固定术技术相对简单,固定节段短,力学强度好,知应证广,是颈椎后路手术的一种有效方法。
