高硫型煤常压固定床气化炉内固硫效果研究 (Ⅱ)铁对固硫的作用 被引量:4

摘要 以硫铁矿为实验原料研究了煤气化过程白云石/石灰石/氧化铁的固硫特性,并重点研究了铁一钙复合固硫剂的固硫效果。发现钙基固硫剂有催化和固硫两种作用,低温下催化硫铁矿分解,高温下则以固硫为主。氧化铁是一种良好的辅助团硫剂,铁一钙复合团硫剂能明显提高固硫率。CO2抑制固硫且改变灰渣的物相组成,并用XRD对结果进行了验证。 This paper studies the sulfur capture behaviour of limestone,dolomite, iron oxide and in particular Ca-Fe complex during coal gasification. Using pyrite as the sample of experiment,the results show that Ca-based desulphurizers serve a dual function of catalysis and desulphurization,they catalyse the decomposition of pyrite at low temperature and take in-situ sulfur capture as the dominant factor at high temperature. Iron oxide is a good assistant desulphurizer,Ca-Fe complex desulphurizers can increasing sulfur capture efficiencies obviously. The in-situ sulfur capture efficiencies obviously. The in-situ sulfur capture is suppressed by CO2 and the crystalline state of products changes, greatly with the presence of CO2. In addition,the results had been proved by XRD.
