摘要
采用锥板流变仪研究了本实验室合成的含对羟基苯甲酸、对苯二甲酸、间苯二酚、4,4′-二羟二苯酮共聚酯的流变行为,结果表明,该共聚物具有典型的热致液晶性聚合物的流变特性。
The rheological behavior of the copolyester containing p hydroxybenzoic acid, terephthalic acid, resorcinol and bis(4 hydroxyphenyl)methanone have been studied. The relationship between viscosity and shear rate showed the shear thin effect. At low shear rate (<6 s -1 ), viscosity reduced rapidly as the shear rate increase. At 320 ℃, 2.22 s -1 , the viscosity didn′t change with time before 40 min, then rose slowly, at 53 min reached a maximum value. At 2.22 s -1 , the viscosity was sensitive to the temperature. All results showed that the copolyester possessed the rheological behavior of thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer and shear sensitive.
