摘要
本文报道用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ同时测定大鼠肝、肾、血清和毛中１３种元素的方法。采用ＨＮＯ３－ＨＣＬＯ４体系溶解样品，具有样品用量少、处理简单等优点。用人发标准检验方法和结果的准确性。
Abstract The methods of simultanoious determinationof 13 elements in liver,kidney,serum andhair of rat using ICP-AEShave been discussed HNO-HCLO system for dissolving samples wichhas advantages of taking small samples,simplicity of sample treatment The methods and accuracy of teh rsults have been tested by determination of a standard material of human hair.
