变性高效液相色谱在动物检疫领域的应用前景

摘要 变性高效液相色谱是近年来发展起来的一种广泛应用于检测基因突变以及核酸多态性的新技术,具有易普及、经济、快速、高通量、自动化程度高等特点。本文对该项技术在动物传染病、寄生虫病的检疫方面的应用前景进行了评述。 Denaturing high-performance liquid chromatography （DHPLC） has been used extensively to detect gene mutations and polymorphisms in recent years. It is universal, economic, rapid, high-capacity and high degree of automation. In this paper the application of DHPLC in animal infectious diseases, parasitic diseases was reviewed.
