摘要
本文研究了将计算机辅助设计(CAD)引入玻璃池窑保温设计,并根据保温设计的需要,收集了国内外大量的耐火材料与保温材料的性能指标和成功的保温方案范例,建立了保温设计数据库,它与保温方案评估和保温结构设计等模块一起,构成玻璃池窑保温计算辅助设计GFICAD系统。
The paper introduces CAD into heat-up design of glass tank furnace, colilects lots of performance targets and typical examples home anl abroad in connection with refractories and insulation materials and their succesful operation and sets up a data base of heat-up design, which, combined with modules like heat-up scheme evaluation and heat-up structural design,forms GFICAD system used in heating up of glass tank furnaces.
