摘要
以APA生物微胶囊为研究对象,建立了微胶囊的球形非稳态渗透扩散模型;通过分析各准数间的关系,可以较为全面地了解膜内传质规律;利用实验数据拟合,可以求算膜相有效扩散系数,并能预测膜内浓度分布.
A model of unsteady state diffusion in a sphere has been first established for Alginate Polylysine Alginate(APA) microcapsules. The mass transfer mechanism inside microcapsule can be found out by the relations between dimensionless numbers of diffusion. The effective diffusion coefficient in APA membrane has been achieved based on this model and the concentration profile inside APA membrane has been predicted.
