摘要
实现农业富余劳动力转移是推进社会主义新农村建设的要求[1]。农业劳动力转移的变动态势反映着新农村建设中劳动力就业结构的变化情况,以及新农村建设的效果和城镇化、工业化的程度如何。因此,从定量的角度出发,选取可以量化的指标作为研究的依据,对农业劳动力的未来转移趋势进行预测具有一定的现实意义。

Therefore, from the quantitative perspective, select quantified targets and take them as research basis, it is of certain practical significance to forecast the future transfer trend of agricultural labor force.
