摘要
医院文化是在一定社会文化基础上形成的具有医院自身特征的一种群体文化。培育具有鲜明个性的医院精神是医院文化建设的核心,强化医院的基础管理是形成良好医院文化的重要途径,加强医院思想政治工作是医院文化建设的重要保证。
Hospital culture is a kind of group culture with the characters of hospital. It is formed on the basis of social culture. The core of hospital culture building is to cultivate the hospital spirit which carries distinctive characteristics. An important way to form ideal hospital culture is to strengthen the capital management of hospital. The important security of cultural building is to strengthen ideological education in hospital.
