摘要
社会保障基金是老百姓的"养命钱"和"保命钱",其安全运用是社会保障制度的根本。通过对中国社会保障基金现状的分析,为实现社会保障基金的保值增值,对社保基金的运用提出了投资基础设施项目、购买住房抵押贷款证券、投资信托产品、投资入市、投资海外市场、指数化投资等构想,并对社保基金的投资运用进行有效监管提出了具体建议。
Social security fund is the money for people＇s basic life, its being used in a safe way is the foundation of social security system. Based on the analysis of the present state of China＇s social security fund, in order to guarantee and increase the value of the fund, this paper offers the following uses of it： to invest in capital construction items, to purchase the negotiable securities of house mortgage loan, to invest in trust products, in the stock market, in the overseas market. Besides, this paper offers special ways to supervise the use of this fund effectively.
