摘要 目的:观察负压引流对猪感染创面细菌清除作用。方法:制备猪背部感染创面模型,实验组采用连续16kPa负压治疗,对照组采用常规纱布换药。结果:负压治疗后6d,感染创面组织细菌计数低于105/g,显著低于对照组,对照组治疗后10d,创面组织细菌计数仍高于107/g。结论:负压可以促进感染创面细菌清除。 Objective:To investigate the effect of negative pressure on the rate of bacterical clearance in pig infected wound model. Methods, Infected wound model was produced and designed for this study in five pigs. A vacuum (-16kPa) was applied continuously in the experimental group for 10 .days ; control group was treated only with saline wet-to-moist dressing. Besults counts were made in each infected wound. Results.. Tissue bacterial counts decreased significantly on day 6 in wounds treated with 16kPa negative pressure, while the bacterial level was below the traditionally accepted level of infection with 105 organism per gram of tissue, while the bacterial level was up to 107 organism per gram of tissue on day 10 in wounds treated with saline wet-to-moist dressing. Conclusion.. Vacuum treatment could significantly increase bacterial clearance in the infected wound compared to conventional method.
