骨髓增生异常综合征造血细胞凋亡增加的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 骨髓增生异常综合征（myelodys plastic syndrome，MDS）是一组造血干细胞恶性克隆性疾病。法美英（FAB）协作组将MDS分为5个亚型，即难治性贫血（RA）、环形铁粒幼细胞性难治性贫血（RAS）、难治性贫血伴原始细胞增多（RAEB）、难治性贫血伴原始细胞增多一转变型（RAEB—T）、慢性粒一单核细胞白血病（CMML）。1993年Yoshida等提出凋亡可能与MDS无效造血有关的假设后，国内外学者进行了大量研究，表明过度的骨髓造血细胞凋亡可能是MDS患者无效造血的主要原因。本文就MDS造血细胞凋亡增加作一综述。
