摘要
消烟助燃效应的实验测试十分复杂,包括消烟助燃剂效果的评定和作用机理的考察。在消烟助燃剂效果的评定方面,无烟火焰高度计和低压氧弹法适合一般研究,而台架试验和行车道路试验是消烟助燃剂产品评定的可靠方法。在线质谱、激光与光学装置和全气缸取样装置在消烟助燃剂作用机理研究中特别有用。由于取样过程会对分析结果造成影响,能进行无样检测的激光与光学技术是消烟助燃剂作用机理测试方法的发展方向。
Evaluation and examination technique for soot suppressing and combustion improving effect is very complex. It involves evaluation of the effectiveness of soot suppressants and combustion aids and examination of their action mechanism. For effectiveness evaluation, Smoking Point Meter and Low Pressure Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter suit for general study, while bench test and road test are the foundamental methods for product evaluating. In situ MS, Laser and optical techniques, and total cylinder sampling system are very useful in mechanism study of soot suppressants and combustion aids. Since sampling process can cause error to analyzing results, non sampling techniques of laser and optical facilities represent the developing trend of experimental method for mechanism study of soot suppressants and combustion aids.
