摘要
本文在生产实践和试验的基础上，论述了金属模的预热温度、金属模厚度、金属模材料的选择等因素对铸件质量的影响，阐明了金属模铸造时的铸件投固工艺要点和对铸件组织控制的依据。
This paper, on the basis of production practice and test, discussed the effect onthe quality of castings caused by the factors of the preheat temperature, the thickness and thematerial-choosing of the metal pattern. It also clarified the points of the solidification techniqueof castings and the basis for structural controlling concerning the metal pattern casting.
