不同厚度新鲜猪皮片在深度烧伤创面应用比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解不同厚度新鲜猪皮片在深度烧伤创面的应用效果。方法对32例患者的深度烧伤创面采用早期切(削)痂、自体微粒皮移植。治疗组用厚新鲜猪皮片(厚中厚或全厚皮片)覆盖,对照组在相应部位使用薄中厚新鲜猪皮片覆盖,32例患者均作自身对照。了解排斥反应的临床表现,如排斥反应开始时间和猪皮脱落时间、创面愈合情况。结果两种厚度的新鲜猪皮排斥反应的临床表现存在差异,厚新鲜猪皮片排斥反应开始时间、猪皮脱落时间较薄中厚新鲜猪皮片延长,厚新鲜猪皮片覆盖的创面愈合情况较薄中厚猪皮片覆盖的创面好。结论厚新鲜猪皮片覆盖深度烧伤创面的效果优于薄中厚猪皮片。 Objective To investigate the effect of different thickness activated pigskin graft in deep bum wound. Methods 32 patients with deep bum wound were treated with removal of eschar and transplant of micro-skin in the early stage. The treatment group was covered by fullthickness pigskin graft and the control group by thin-thickness pigskin graft in the similar area. Such clinical features of rejection as wound healing, the time of rejection start and free pigskin graft shelling were observed. Results The clinical features of rejection in two groups were different. The time of rejection start and free pigskin graft shelling in treatment group was more delayed than that in control group. The wound healing in treatment group was better than that in control group. Conclusinn The effect of full-thickness pigskin graft in deep bum wound is better than that of thinthickness.
