摘要
用化学浴沉积方法以CdCl2.2.5H2O和乌洛托品为前驱体制备了CdOHCl薄膜,并用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、场发射扫描电镜等方法进行了表征.结果表明,反应时间和反应物浓度对薄膜形貌具有重要影响.在反应过程中,随着反应的进行首先在基片表面生成球状粒子,进而球状粒子分解成片状并在基片上进行组装,然后生成六方结构的晶粒,最后形成由棒状晶体排列的薄膜.
CdOHCl thin films were prepared through chemical bath deposition method with CdCl2 · 2.5 H2 O and methenamine as precursors, and were characterized by XRD, SEM and FESEM. It is shown that the reaction time has great influence on the morphologies of CdOHCl films. At the beginning of the growth process, spherical particles were found on the substrate. Then they decomposed into plates and assembledon the substrate to form hexagonal structure. Finally, large-scale arrays of CdOHCl microrods were obtained. Further studies show that the concentration of the precursors also has influence on the morphologies of CdOHClfilms.
