摘要
对甘肃省近８年来血液室间质评情况进行了回顾，以变异系数（ＣＶ％）做离散度指标，以改良偏离指数（ＤＩ）评价各参加实验室的成绩。结果显示：我省血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）、白细胞（ＷＢＣ）和血小板（ＰＬＴ）３项检验，通过室间质评活动，离散度缩小，优秀率、及格率明显上升。
The situation of blood external quality assessment(EQA) of Gansu is described. Taking the coefficient of variation( CV %) as dispersion degree,the achievement of labs was assessed through modified deviation index( DI ).The result shows;the dispersion degree in the testings of hemoglobin,white blood cell and platelet was decreased while the excellent rate and the pass rate were raised.In order to improve the level of blood route testing,the work of EQA needs to be done better.
