摘要
证明了Ｎ不是极扭类，从而解答了Ｗ．Ｃ．Ｈｏｌａｎｄ〔２〕中提出的一个问题。
Let N be the torsion class of all normally valued lattice ordered groups. N is not a polar torsion class. It answers one question put by W.C.Hollad.
