摘要
猴头在杂木屑、棉籽壳和麦草粉三者为主或以其中之一为主的培养料上均可很好地生长发育，以杂木屑或棉籽壳为主的培养料产量较高。实验表明：以麦草粉为主的培养料的产量仅比杂木屑为主的低１３％，所以，在麦产区以麦草为主栽培猴头是可行的。
Monkeyhead mushroom (Hericium erinaceus )can all grow and develop in cotton seed shulf,wheat straw and the wood chip of broad leaf species.The mushroom is possible to be cultivated in the wheat straw substrate.The technique by which the substrate is loaded into plastic bags and is cultivated under the soil is worth popularizing.
