摘要
R134a/TiO2纳米制冷剂是一种新型的制冷工质。在依据国家标准(GB/T8059.1~3—1995)搭建了新的冰箱实验台的基础上,将不同配比的纳米制冷剂直接充灌到R134a冰箱中,对冰箱的运行可靠性及制冷性能进行了全面的实验研究和分析。实验结果表明:R134a/TiO2纳米制冷剂在冰箱制冷系统中能正常安全运行,其耗电量和冷冻速度均优于纯R134a,其中TiO2纳米颗粒浓度为10mg/L时性能最佳,可节能7.43%;在不改变冰箱结构的条件下,使用纳米制冷剂作为制冷工质是可行的,并且是一种很有前途的节能手段。
The R134a/TiO2 nano-refrigerant combines the R134a refrigerant with TiO2 nanoparticles. A refrigerant test system was built based on the National Standard of China(GB/T8059. 1 3-1995) to study the refrigeration reliability and performance with R134a/TiO2 nano-refrigerants with various fractions of TiO2 particles without any change of the original refrigeration system. The experimental results indicate that the R134a /TiO2 nano-refrigerant works normally and safely in the refrigerator with lower electricity consumption and faster refrigeration speed than the pure R134a system with an optimal TiO2 nano-particle concentration of 10 mg/L which reduces the energy consumption by 7.43%. Therefore, nano-refrigerants can be used without any system change with energy savings.
