摘要
分析了国际上对电压闪变的评价方法。论证了和UIE评价方法的实现。提出工程设计中电压闪变值的计算方法，并通过实例验证了计算方法的可行性。
Two typical evaluation methods about voltage flicker in Power system are analysed.The realization of V10 and UlE evaluation methods is discussed. An estimation method of volt-age flicker in engineering design is proposed and an example is given.
