摘要
重复两次对龙祠饮用水水源九个样点进行取样,经固定、染色、制片等常规处理,在显微镜下观察鉴定水生藻类。结果表明:该水源中共有被子植物34种,藻类38种,其中被子植物中沉水植物4种,挺水植物17种,湿生植物14种。藻类植物中蓝藻门11种,绿藻门16种,硅藻门2种。研究表明:1.水生植物大部分种类为喜钙植物。2.植物种类减少,抗性能力强的植物数量增多,小型水生植物生长受抑制。3.有富营养化趋向。4.水源水质偏碱性。5.总的说来水源基本清洁。
Taking two repeated samples in mine sample sites of the water resourses of potable water in Longci, and after the common process of fixing staining etc. we watch the water algae under the microscope.The results show : the exist 34 kind of angiosperms 38 kinds of algae in the water resources, among these angiosperms there are 4 kinds of submerged plants, 17 kinds of e-merged plants. Among these algae there are 11 species belong to Cyanophyta, 16 species belong to Chlonophyta and 2 species belong to Bacillariophyta.The research show:1. The pro-calcium plants account for the majority in water plants.2. Decrease in the number of the plants species and increase in the number of the anti-ability plants species, the small water plants are depressed.3. There is a eutrophic frend in the water.4. The alkalinity of the water quality in the water resourse.5. In general, the water resourse in clean.
