多叶离心通风机内部流场的计算 被引量:2

Internal Flow Field Computation for Multiblade Centrifugal Fan

摘要 本文采用二维不可压理想流动和湍流边界层的流动模型计算了多叶风机的内部流场,子午面和回转面的位流速度计算采用积分方法;叶片边界层用有限元方法求解,并用Richardson数反映旋转与曲率对边界层结构的影响。通过算例计算并与试验数据比较说明本计算方法的精度是比较理想的。 This article adopts the flow model of 2-D non-compressible ideal flowing and turbulent flowing boundary layer to compute the internal flow field for a multiblade fan,while potential flow speed for meridian plane and rotational plane uses integrated method;the blade boundary layer uses finite element method to find out resolution and uses Richardson number to reflect the effect of the rotation and curvature on the boundary layer structure.It shows that the accuracy of this computation method is more ideal through the example computation and comparison with experiment data.
