摘要
在修复和强化风机叶轮过程中，用热喷涂技术强化叶片表面，用变焊缝截面焊接技术控制叶轮变形。使一些报废的叶轮起死回生，使用寿命提高２倍以上。
During repair and strengthening fan impeller process, hot spraying technology is used to strengthen blade surface and deformative weldseam section welding technology is adopted to control the impeller deformation so that some rejected impellers can be reused and their lives are improved more than 2 times.Technological process is described.
