氢诱导Zr基非晶合金中纳米晶向非晶转变 被引量:3

Hydrogen Induced Amorphous Transformation of Zr-Based Nanocrystallines

摘要 用电弧炉熔炼及铜模铸造方法,制备了含有部分纳米晶Zr41.2Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5块体非晶合金。通过电化学方法对合金材料充入氢。利用DTA、DSC、XRD及TEM等方法,研究了氢对纳米晶体的影响。结果表明,氢使纳米晶体转变为非晶结构,在含有部分纳米晶的非晶合金中充入氢能够制备出块体非晶合金材料。 Partially crystallized Zr41.2Til3.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloy has been prepared by arc-melting and casting into a copper mould. Hydrogen charging was performed electrochemically in glycerine-phosphoric acid electrolyte. The effects of hydrogen on the partially crystallized Zr41.2Til3.8Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloy were studied by differential thermal analysis (DTA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It is shown that the hydrogen induces the nanocrystalline transformation from the crystalline to amorphous state. The bulk amorphous alloy can be prepared by filling hydrogen.
