导航辅助全膝关节置换术的精确性及误差分析 被引量:2

摘要 全膝关节置换术(TKA)优良的远期效果主要取决于精确的力学对线和良好的软组织平衡。计算机导航系统在TKA中提供股骨、胫骨和关节假体的实时空间位置及运动轨迹,指导术者获得准确的力线、理想的假体位置及良好的软组织平衡。但导航系统也存在误差,其来源于系统硬件、软件,解剖标记点注册及手术操作。该文就导航辅助下TKA的精确性及误差作一综述。
