腰麻在血小板减少症产妇剖宫产中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨对产科合并血小板减少的产妇实施剖宫产时应用腰麻的可行性。方法30例合并血小板减少拟施剖宫产的产妇随机分为2组,每组15例。麻醉方法分为腰麻组和全身麻醉组。记录产妇术前、麻醉后2、5、10、20、30min血压以及新生儿Apgar评分。结果两组均顺利完成手术,腰麻组血压下降与术前及全麻组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组新生儿Apgar评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腰麻应用于合并血小板减少的产妇实施剖宫产时是可行的。
