摘要
阐述了QP-1800型香蕉茎杆切割破片机的主要结构、工作过程、主要技术参数和试验结果。并分析确定了主要参数、刀具的安装位置和上料时香蕉茎杆的方向。试验结果表明,该机生产率高,切割破开的茎杆可满足刮麻机的工艺要求。
The main structure, working process, main technology parameters and test results on QP-1800 type split lumpy machine for banana stems are introduced in this paper. The main parameters of this machine, install position of the knife and the feeding direction for banana stems were analyzed and decided. The experimental result shows that this machine has a high productivity and the banana stems split by this machine are of great significance for technology request of the fiber extractor.
