脉冲强激光与碲镉汞相互作用时的冲量耦合

摘要 用冲击摆的方法测量了脉冲激光与碲锅汞冲量耦合系数,发现所测量的耦合系数受样品靶面积的影响,面积越大,系数越大;面积越小,系数也越小。这是因为强激光发射形成的激波引起的,利用激波膨胀模型,解释了这一现象。 The impulse coupling coefficient of HgCdTe and intensive pulsed laser interaction is measured experimentally. It is found out that the measured impulse cou-pling coefficient is affected by the sample's area. The big sample with large area has a great coefficient, while the little one has a small coefficient. It is thought that this is due to the shock wave which is formed by intensive laser irradiation. Using a model of the attenuated propagation of shock wave, we calculated the impulse delivered to samples by the shock wave.Comparison of the calculations with experimental data yields satisfactory agreement,which shows validty of this explanation.
