电针督脉和足太阳经穴对抑郁症大鼠模型海马神经元的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察电针督脉经穴("百会"、"神庭")的基础上加用足太阳经穴("心俞"、"肝俞")对抑郁症大鼠体重和海马神经元损伤的影响。方法:采用长期不可预见性中等强度应激结合孤养造成大鼠抑郁症模型,运用免疫荧光技术观察电针对抑郁大鼠体重和海马神经元损伤的影响。结果:电针督脉加足太阳经穴可使抑郁症大鼠的体重增加迟缓,使抑郁大鼠海马CA1、CA3区及齿状回(DG)神经元数目显著增加。结论:电针督脉加足太阳经穴可能通过减轻大鼠海马神经元的损伤,从而改善动物的抑郁病情。 Objective:To observe the effects of electroacupuncturing Du and foot Taiyang vessel on weight diversify and changes of the hippocampal neurons in depressive rats.Methods:The depression model of rats were established by chronic unpredictable mild stress combining being raised separately.The immunity-fluorescence technology was used to observe the effects of electro-acupuncture on the weight diversify and number of hippocampus neurons in the depressive rats.Results :Compared with the control groups,electroacupuncturing Du and foot Taiyang vessel could improve the weight diversify significantly,mitigate the decrease of number of hippocampal neurons in the districts of CA1、CA3 and DG.Conclusion:Electroacupuncturing Du and foot Taiyang vessel might improve depressive situation by protecting the hippocampal neurons from the injuries induced by experimental depression.
