摘要
１９９６年长江中游发生了较大洪水，洞庭湖及干流城陵矶地区的洪水位超过历史最高洪水位，防洪工程发挥了重要作用。为了科学地评价防洪工程在１９９６年抗洪斗争中获得的经济效益，总结经验教训，依据有关实际资料对长江中游主要堤防工程的防洪经济效益进行粗略的分析与估算。结果表明：１９９６年长江中下游防洪工程的防洪经济效益价值量为８４０．５５亿元。
The comparatively large floods occurred in the middle reach of the Yangtze River in 1996, with the flood levels at Dongting Lake and Chenglingji district on the main stem of the Yangtze River exceeding their historical highest flood levels. The flood control works built before played an important role in fighting the floods.Based on related practical data, the economic benefit of the main dykes in the middle Yangtze River in flood control is roughly analysed and estimated in order to scientifically assess the economic benefit of the flood control works in fighting the 1996 flood and sum up experiences and lessons.
